Refund policy

REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

StartupRow.com sells digital products including premium domain names, website builder access, website hosting, and brand starter kits. Due to the nature of digital goods, the following refund policy applies.


1. GENERAL POLICY

All sales of digital goods on StartupRow.com are final. Because our products are delivered electronically and domain names are transferred to your registrar account, we generally cannot reverse or "return" a completed transaction. By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.


2. DOMAIN NAME TRANSFERS

(a) Completed Transfers: Once a domain name has been successfully transferred to your registrar account, the sale is final and no refund will be issued. Domain transfers are irreversible once completed.

(b) Failed Transfers — Our Fault: If we are unable to deliver a domain name due to an error on our part (e.g., the domain was not available for transfer, incorrect authorization code, or domain lock was not removed), we will either re-attempt the transfer or issue a full refund at your choice.

(c) Failed Transfers — Buyer's Side: If the transfer fails due to issues on your end (inactive registrar account, failure to approve the transfer request within the required timeframe, or domain not accepted by your registrar), we will work with you to resolve the issue. If the transfer cannot be completed after reasonable efforts by both parties, we will issue a refund minus a $100 administrative fee to cover transfer processing costs.

(d) Transfer Not Yet Initiated: If you request a cancellation before we have initiated the domain transfer process (typically within 24 hours of purchase), we will issue a full refund.


3. WEBSITE HOSTING & BUILDER ACCESS

(a) Once your website builder login credentials have been issued, the hosting and builder portion of your purchase is non-refundable.

(b) If we are unable to provision your hosting account within 5 business days of purchase, you may request a refund for the hosting/builder portion of your order.


4. BRAND STARTER KIT

Digital downloads (logo files, SEO checklist, social media kit, business launch guide) are non-refundable once delivered via email.


5. DISPUTE RESOLUTION PROCESS

If you believe there is an issue with your order:

(a) Contact us within 7 calendar days of your purchase at support@startuprow.com or (877) 515-2370.

(b) Include your order number and a detailed description of the issue.

(c) We will respond within 2 business days and work to resolve the matter.

(d) If we cannot reach a resolution, you may pursue remedies available under applicable law.


6. CHARGEBACKS

We encourage you to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback with your credit card company or payment provider. Filing a chargeback without first attempting to resolve the issue with us may result in additional fees and delay the resolution process. We respond to all chargeback inquiries from payment processors with full documentation of the transaction, delivery confirmation, and communication records.
